Originally from Miami, Florida, Cesar attended the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music (CCM) in the Theatre Design and Production program concentrating in stage management. Cesar has been a part of Telsey + Company since 2009. He has worked on numerous projects while at Telsey + Company. Some of these include Cirque Du Soleil’s PARAMOUR, THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY THE MUSICAL National Tour, PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES at Paper Mill Playhouse, WEST SIDE
STORY at Paper Mill Playhouse, WICKED, PRISCLLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT, INTO THE WOODS with Meryl Streep, SMASH on NBC and various other Theatre and TV/FILM projects with Telsey + Company. He is on the NY board of the Casting Society of America. Cesar has also appeared on the Lifetime reality series DANCE MOMS.
